Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Shoulder arthroscopy under brachial plexus nerve block combined with general anesthesia 2.ASA grade I ~ III 3.Aged >= 18 years 4.Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic pain or long-term opioid use 2.Infection at the block site 3.Allergic to local anesthetics 4.Presence of a speech impediment, severe hearing or visual impairment
