Control group:Intraoperative epidural 0.20% ropivacaine+5ml normal saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Primary thoracoscopic lobectomy was proposed; ?ASA Grade I-III ?BMI is 18-30kg/?; ? Age > 18 years old; ? Patients informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Diabetic blood sugar control is poor; ? Previous analgesics dependency history; ?Have received hormone or immunotherapy within the past 6 months; ?Previous history of thoracic surgery; ?Previous history of chemoradiotherapy; ? There are contraindications for epidural anesthesia; ? Patients with mental disorders
