Interventions

Experimental group:Shock wave therapy+routine rehabilitation

Control group:Simulated treatment head shock wave+routine rehabilitation

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as temporomandibular disorders; 2. The age is between 18 and 60 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is cognitive impairment can not cooperate with the treatment; 2. The treatment area has skin diseases or damage can not be treated by shock wave; 3. There was a history of polyarthritis and joint infection in the first three months of the study.
