Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) elderly women aged 60 and above; (2) individuals without visual or auditory impairments and with normal understanding abilities; (3) no cognitive impairments, capable of independent walking and exercise; (4) elderly who have not engaged in strength training in the past six months; (5) A pre-exercise screening questionnaire was conducted prior to the experiment, as assessed by the AHA/ACSM; (6) willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) participants with known cardiovascular, metabolic or musculoskeletal diseases, or those who have recently recovered from an illness; (2) individuals with severe neurological diseases affecting balance, such as stroke; (3) those requiring walking aids.
