Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of any type of systemic amyloidosis 2. Evidence of cardiac amyloidosis, if cardiac involvement, is defined as any (or more) of the following: A. cardiac involvement (including cardiac biomarkers) as defined by international consensus criteria for amyloidosis B. cardiac involvement in MRI imaging of the heart 3. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to lie flat 2. NYHA grade IV heart failure 3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding 4. Known allergy to radioactive injections
