Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation based on symptoms and signs and imaging examinations, meeting the diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation; 2. Patients with obvious symptoms of lumbar and leg pain and the inefficacy of conservative treatment for 6 months; 3. Age =18 years old, <80 years old; 4. Minimally invasive surgery for lumbar discectomy;5. Informed consent of patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of lumbar surgery;2. combined lumbar spondylolisthesis, spinal cord tumors and lumbar spine tuberculosis; 3. other serious cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal diseases or psychiatric disorders; 4. those who are participating in other clinical experiments.
