Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study Part 1: A cross-sectional study of the current status of the application and management of the ERAS model in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery: The inclusion criteria for hospitals are: ? tertiary Grade A hospitals; ? Comprehensive or specialized hospitals; ? The hospital's liver, gallbladder, and pancreatic surgery department has implemented the ERAS model for at least 1 year; ? The relevant department head of the hospital agrees to participate in this study. Inclusion criteria for ERAS multidisciplinary members: ? Surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and nutritionists with professional qualifications; ? Having 5 years or more of experience in clinical work; ? Currently participating in ERAS related work; ? Willing to express one's own opinions and ideas, able to communicate effectively, and able to express one's experiences and experiences in clear, concise, and logical language; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Inclusion criteria for ERAS patients: ? Patients aged between 18 and 80 years old; ? Liver, gallbladder, and pancreatic surgery are required; ? The ERAS pathway was applied during the perioperative period; ? Willing to express one's own opinions and ideas, able to communicate effectively, and able to express one's experiences and experiences in clear, concise, and logical language; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Research Part 2:Research on the construction of ERAS precision promotion and management pathway for hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery: The inclusion criteria for ERAS multidisciplinary members are: (1) Intermediate title or above, (2) Master's degree or above, (3) Engaged in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery for more than 5 years, (4) Voluntarily participate in this study. Inclusion criteria for experts consulted by the symposium and Delphi experts: (1) Senior professional title, (2) Master's degree or above, (3) Organization or engagement in work related to the ERAS model of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery for more than 5 years, and (4) Voluntary participation in this study. Research Part 3: Randomized Controlled Trials (i.e. Validation Phase): ? Patients undergoing elective surgery in liver, gallbladder, and pancreas surgery; ? Age = 18 years old; ? Complete clinical data; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Study Part 1: A cross-sectional study of the current status of the application and management of the ERAS model in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery: ERAS multidisciplinary member exclusion criteria: insufficient time to participate in the investigation. Enclusion Criteria for ERAS patients: insufficient time to participate in the investigation. Research Part 3: Randomized Controlled Trials (i.e. Validation Phase): ? Individuals with severe mental disorders or consciousness disorders who are unable to cooperate; ? Previous history of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, combined with infectious diseases, metabolic diseases, tuberculosis and pregnant patients; ? Patients who undergo chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or other special treatments within 30 days before and/or after surgery.
