Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18 to 60 years old; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic nonspecific low back pain; ? Pain more than 3 months; ? Symptoms are above the knee joint and symptoms are not below the knee joint ? VAS score =3 ?ODI >14% ? Mechanical pain related to posture, activity, movement, and functional tasks ? Flexion or extension movements of the lumbar spine can elicit or exacerbate pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Mobilization/Manipulation for red flag signs: (oncologic diseases or spinal tumors, inflammatory diseases, infections and fractures); and ? Exhibiting severe neurological (central or peripheral) symptoms ? Spinal lesions: spinal tumors, fresh fractures of spinal vertebrae and appendages, severe osteoporosis, spinal instability, etc; (iv) Other diseases: severe hypertension, symptomatic stage of cardiovascular disease, rheumatism, etc; (vi) Recovery period of larger surgery; history of spinal surgery. (vii) Acute infection or pregnancy, etc;
