Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Thevisually impaired group :corrected visual acuity 0.6 (2) 18-60 years old, male or female; (3) Good health, no lower limb joint trauma, muscle damage, infection, pain and other diseases, with independent standing and independent walking ability; (4) Hearing or corrected hearing 0-25dB; (5) positive responses to all questions on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ); (6) No cognitive impairment or communication impairment, Simple Intelligent State Examination (MMSE) = 24 points;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Participate in high-intensity physical activities before the experiment, and have a history of balance training within three months; (2) Brain injury, cognitive impairment, diagnosed psychosis, major depression (suicidal tendencies) or epilepsy, family history of psychosis or epilepsy; (3) Any osteoarticular system injury or disease that affects the balance walking function, such as severe joint contractures, recent fractures of the trunk or lower limbs, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, etc.; (4) Those who cannot tolerate serious systemic diseases such as cardiopulmonary diseases, and have serious systemic diseases such as diabetes and uremia; (5) Defects in hearing or vision (except for the visually impaired group) may affect the assessment and treatment; (6) Apply drugs that change the excitability of the cerebral cortex (anti-epileptic drugs, sedative hypnotic drugs, etc.); (7) Absent from more than one-third of the exercise session or unable to comply with the exercise plan; Severe diseases, adverse events or adverse reactions, the reaction cannot be tolerated;
