Interventions

Experimental Group 1:After general anesthesia induction, a total of 16 ml of 0.5% ropivacaine was used, and 8 ml of each side was given for cervical nerve block
Experimental Group 2:After general anesthesia induction, a total of 16ml of 0.5% ropivacaine + dexmedetomidine 0.25ug/kg mixture was used, and 8ml was given on each side for cervical nerve block
Experimental Group 3:After general anesthesia induction, a total of 16ml of 0.5% ropivacaine + 8 mg dexamethasone mixture was used, and 8ml was given on each side for cervical nerve block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~60 years old; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists grades I to II; (3) Body mass index 18~30 kg/m²; (4) Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with upper respiratory tract infection and hoarseness before surgery; (2) Infection and hematoma at the injection site; (3) Those who are unable to cooperate and refuse to perform nerve block; (4) Those who are allergic to local anesthetic drugs; (5) Patients with preoperative hypoxemia and difficulty in postoperative weaning and extubation; (6) Those who know or suspect the existence of difficult airway and oropharyngeal anatomical deformities; (7) Patients with mental illness, patients who cannot understand and cooperate with pain scores, and patients who cannot cooperate with operations.
