Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For obese children aged 6-9 years old who were treated in the pediatric growth and development clinic of our hospital from January 2024 to June 2024, the subjects met the diagnostic criteria for childhood obesity, and the age-specific BMI reference threshold of the "Health Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China (WS/T423-2022)" for children under 7 years old was referred to. Children aged 7-9 years can refer to the age-specific BMI reference cut-off points in the Screening for Overweight and Obesity in School-Age Children and Adolescents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with food allergies: gluten, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, milk allergies; (2) Congenital heart disease, genetic metabolic diseases and other basic diseases and congenital malformations; (3) Brain injury caused by various causes; (4) Patients who can not be taken orally in the whole intestine, and patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases such as digestive ulcer and inflammatory bowel disease; (5) Supplement probiotics or prebiotics; (6) Antibiotics have been used in the past week
