Interventions

Gold Standard:The histopathological results of sentinel lymph nodes detected by American nucleus detection service(Neoprone).
Index test:National produced novel nuclear detection device examine the acquired lymph nodes which is positive in Neoprobe and the radioactivity in the remaining axillary area.

Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.women aged 18 years or older 2.Core needle biopsy, intraoperative or postoperative histopathologically confirmed Invasive breast cancer 3.Axillary preoperative evaluation as clinically negative (enlarged lymph nodes not detected or lymph nodes biopsy be negative) 4.Conducting sentinel lymph nodes biopsy in surgery 5.All patients provided written informed consent 6.SLNB performed under the dual trace of radionuclide and Prussian blue dye

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.not distal metastasis 2.not pregnancy 3.Patients with psychiatric disorder or those unable to comply due to other reasons 4.not received ipsilateral axillary surgery, like axillary lymph nodes excision biopsy, accessory breast excision or bromhidrosis operation
