Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: 1. Failure to meet the diagnostic criteria of AP and DKA; 2. The age is between 18 and 85; 3. I have not participated in other research projects at present; Inclusion criteria of AP group: 1. Diagnostic criteria of compound AP: (1) persistent upper abdominal pain; (2) The concentration of serum amylase and/or lipase is 3 times higher than the normal upper limit; (3) The results of abdominal imaging examination are consistent with the imaging changes of acute pancreatitis. Two or more of the above three standards are met. 2. The age is between 18 and 85; 3. I have not participated in other research projects at present; Inclusion criteria of AP-DKA group: 1. Meet the inclusion criteria of AP group; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of DKA: blood sugar is more than 250 mg/dL, metabolic acidosis with high anion gap (pH 10 mmol/L) and ketosis/ketonuria.Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: 1.
