Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective non-stopping coronary artery bypass grafting 2. All patients were treated by the same surgical team with uniform standards 3. Patient informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor hearing or vision interferes with the evaluation of delirium, and speech impairment interferes with the evaluation of delirium 2. History of schizophrenia 3. The physical condition is unstable 4. Diagnosis of global cognitive impairment 5. Bilateral carotid artery occlusion > 50% 6. Cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) was performed without stopping
