Treatment group:Mesalazine sustained-release granules were orally administered 1 g each time, 3 times a day

Treatment group:Chinese medicine enema 100ml, once a day

Control group:Mesalazine sustained-release granules were orally administered 1 g each time, 3 times a day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria of UC; ? Age 18-75 years old; ? Did not take relevant therapeutic drugs before seeing a doctor; ? Those who did not participate in other drug clinical trials; ? Volunteer as the subject, sign the informed consent, and can accept the test drug dosage form, complete the full course of treatment.
