18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Pilonidal sinus, 2. No history of anorectal surgery and abnormal anal shape and function, 3. All signed informed consent, 4. Aged 18-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant diseases such as hemorrhoids, anal fistula, perianal abscess, anal fissure, and rectal malignant tumors; 2. Patients with combined respiratory, circulatory, digestive system diseases, and neurological dysfunction; 3. Anorectal prolapse; 4. Women during pregnancy, lactation, or menstruation.
