40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Aged between 50 and 75 years; and with ASA grade of I–II. b) Uncontaminated blood during autologous transfusion c) Willing to receive autologous or allogeneic blood transfusion d) All patients underwent surgery for the first time and were scheduled for elective surgery. e) Preoperative hemoglobin > 90g/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Patients with spinal tumors, spinal tuberculosis. b)Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, and severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency. c)Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency, chronic hepatitis and severe cirrhosis, malnutrition and hypoproteinemia. d)Patients with severe hypothermia, vitamin K deficiency, thrombocytopenia, or abnormal functioning.
