Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The main diagnosis includes patients with hypertension. 2. Age = 65 years, gender unspecified. 3. Multiple visit cases: Only select the first visit case as the eligible sample.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any known diseases that severely affect the immune system. 2. Patients with serious diseases such as liver or kidney disorders, tumors, blood disorders, and mental illnesses. 3. Multiple visit cases: Exclude all visit records except for the first visit. 4. Cases deemed unsuitable for inclusion in this study according to the researchers' judgment.
