Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients admitted to our hospital due to emergency type A aortic dissection, requiring planned total arch replacement surgery, aged between 18 and 70 years, with no history of liver or kidney diseases, no coagulation disorders, no severe arrhythmias, and who were willing to participate and signed informed consent forms in collaboration with the experimenters, were selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe chronic liver disease or liver failure before surgery. Patients with severe kidney disease, chronic renal failure, or acute kidney injury before surgery. Patients with coagulation disorders before surgery. Patients with missing values ??of liver or kidney function indicators during the perioperative period or incomplete relevant clinical data. Patients with acute coronary syndrome, heart valve disease, or those requiring valve replacement during surgery. Patients with a history of mental illness. Patients who died during surgery or within 5 days after surgery and were unwilling to cooperate with the experimenters. Renal depth measured by ultrasound > 4cm. Hemoglobin < 120g/L before surgery.
