Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of anal fistula, 2. No history of anorectal surgery and abnormal anal shape and function, 3. All signed informed consent, 4. 18-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemorrhoid, perianal abscess, anal fissure and rectal malignant tumor, 2. Patients with respiratory, circulatory, gastrointestinal disease and nervous system dysfunction, 3. Patients with anorectal prolapse, 4. Pregnant or lactating or menstruating women.
