Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants meeting the following criteria will be included: (1) aged between 40 and 70 years; (2) diagnosed with unilateral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke as confirmed by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging; (3) in the subacute stage, 1-6 months post-stroke; (4) having a motor deficit in the lower limbs, with a Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale score for lower extremities (FMA-LE) <34 points and a BBS score < 56 points; (5) able to commit to a 3-week intervention; (6) stable vital signs, no consciousness or cognitive impairment, and able to cooperate during training; (7) voluntary agreement to participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include (1) stroke affecting the cerebellum or brainstem; (2) visual, vestibular, or proprioceptive deficits; (3) pacemakers or intracranial metal implants; (4) history of epilepsy; (5) peripheral neurological lesions impeding action potential measurements; and (6) other conditions interfering with motor function, such as bone fractures, severe osteoporosis, or osteoarthritis.
