18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Achalasia group: 1. Age 18-80 years old, male or female; 2. Achalasia of cardia was confirmed by upper gastrointestinal angiography or esophageal manometry, and POEM was performed in our hospital; 3 Sign the informed consent form. Control group: 1. Age 18-80 years old, male or female; 2. Healthy people undergoing endoscopy; 3 Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, ulcers and tumors; 2. There are serious concomitant diseases that affect the evaluation of this study, such as heart disease, lung disease, liver disease, kidney disease, metabolic disease, mental disease, and malignant tumor; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, patients with a family plan during the study period; 4. Patients who have taken antibiotics and immunosuppressants in the past 3 months; 5. Take PPIs for the last 2 weeks; 6. Refusing to participate in the study.
