Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For children:?receiving a liver transplant for the first time,?aged=3 years, ?admitted to the liver transplantation ICU for more than 48 hours, ?during the 1 to 2 days prior to transfer from the liver transplantation ICU and the 7 days post-transfer to the ward. For parents:?the main carer for children during the postoperative phase with a daily care time=6 hours, ?aged =18 years, ?who can effectively communicate, understand and express, ?who agreed to participate in the study voluntarily and provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Children who have severe illness affecting multiple organ systems or who accept multiple organ transplantation. ?Parents who had a previous or existing mental health condition or cognitive impairment.
