20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A registered nurse on duty who has been working in the emergency department for at least 6 months. (2) Scored >1 on the frequency of workplace violence scale. (3) Voluntarily participated in this trial and signed a written informed consent. (4) Able to complete the full intervention study as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses on advanced training or rotation in the emergency department. (2) Nurses who are or have been suffering from psychiatric or psychological disorders requiring treatment. (3) Those who have suffered a major family change in the last six months.
