Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip fracture 2. Surgical treatment for hip fractures 3. Age = 65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. Immune or metabolic diseases (malignant tumors, hyperthyroidism, diabetes with poor blood sugar control and complications); 3. Surgical history within the past six months; 4. Long-term indwelling of gastric tube or parenteral nutrition
