65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients selected to undergo general anesthesia non cardiac surgery in our hospital, aged 65-90 years old, weighing 50-90kg, ASA I-III grade, with a surgery time of 2-5 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) score = 23 points; 2. History of severe mental or neurological disorders; 3. History of drug or psychotropic substance abuse; 4. Preoperative concomitant type III or IV hepatic encephalopathy; 5. Severe visual and hearing impairment; 6. Allergies to Oxalidine or Morphine 7 Preoperative lung function examination shows moderate or severe ventilation dysfunction.
