Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with clinically diagnosed idiopathic hemifacial spasm, primary trigeminal neuralgia and glossopharyngeal neuralgia patient 2 Symptoms persist for more than 3 months 3 Planned to undergo microvascular decompression (MVD) during hospitalization 4 The research participant himself or his legal representative can sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who are ineffective only with drugs or other conservative treatments 2. Patients whose general condition is extremely poor or have other comorbidities are not suitable for anesthesia or surgery.
