60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Total hysterectomy under general anesthesia at selected time; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification System (ASA) levels I to III; 3.Age =60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with a known history of allergy to any investigational drug; ?Currently using opioids or sleep AIDS; ? Alcohol dependence; ? Suffering from mental or neurological diseases; ? Illiteracy; ?BMI>30kg/m2; ? Patient rejection.
