18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with heart disease requiring TEE; 2) ASA grade I-III; 3) aged 18-60 years old; 4) no abnormal liver and kidney function; 5) no mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) difficult airway (modified Mahalanobis score ?-?); 2) hypertension was not well controlled (SBP=160 mmHg and/or DBP=100 mmHg); 3) allergy to study drug, pregnancy or lactation; 4) patients with severe heart failure, severe heart valve disease and atrioventricular block above degree ?.
