Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 80 elderly patients undergoing tumor surgery were studied, and all patients were diagnosed with tumor. No surgical contraindications; People with normal communication skills and clear consciousness; Good treatment compliance; ASA Grade II- III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to participate in the study, had severe heart, lung, and brain complications, severe diabetes, abnormal liver function and coagulation function, could not perform frailty assessment and MMSE score, and had incomplete clinical data.
