60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =60 years; (2) first diagnosis of femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, or subtrochanteric fracture by radiographic examination; (3) patients who were intended to undergo surgical treatment; (4) those who with normal cognitive function prior to the fracture were able to communicate about their condition normally; (5) and those who signed an informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Open fracture; (2) Pathological fracture caused by primary or metastatic bone tumor, hyperparathyroidism, etc.; (3) Hip fracture or multiple fracture caused by high-energy injuries such as car accident injuries, fall from a height, etc.; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification > Grade IV; (5) Patients who are admitted to the hospital with severe complications such as severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, systemic infectious disease, and severe malignant tumor; (6) Patients who have multiple organ dysfunction, severe cardiac arrhythmia, shock or even death during hospitalization. patients; (6) patients with multiple organ dysfunction, serious cardiac arrhythmia, shock or even death during hospitalization.
