21 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) infertile women aged 20-40 years; (2) Patients undergoing IVF-ET treatment in our hospital, including transfer of fresh embryos and freeze-thawed embryos, and meet the diagnostic criteria of EPL; (3) Self-rating anxiety scale score =50 points (standard score) and self-rating depression scale score =53 points (standard score); (4) Junior high school education or above, can recognize and understand Chinese, no communication barriers; (5) clear consciousness, no history of serious medical, surgical or mental illness; (6) Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from other serious physical diseases or drug dependence; (2) Anxiety self-rating scale score =70 (standard score) or depression self-rating scale score =73 (standard score); (3) Large negative life events occurred in the same period; (4) Communication and understanding barriers can not complete the research; (5) Participate in other clinical drug trials or psychological intervention researchers.
