Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18~60 years old; ? ASA classification of grade I~II; ? Elective thoracoscopic partial lung resection (including lobectomy, segmental resection, wedge resection); ? Able to understand the study process, communicate effectively with the researchers and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who are hypersensitive to the active ingredient of esketamine or any of the components of this product; ? Patients at serious risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure; ? Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (arterial hypertension with resting systolic/diastolic blood pressure exceeding 180/100 mmHg); ? Patients with untreated or inadequately treated hyperthyroidism; ? Those who require other surgical procedures during the same period as the surgery, or those who have intra- and post-operative complications that affect the evaluation of the study; ? Those who do not wish to participate in the study after informed notification; ? Patients admitted to the intensive care unit after surgery; (viii) Patients who were admitted to the intensive care unit after surgery; (ix) Patients who had or had had a history of severe mental disorders; ? Patients with congestive heart failure, previous severe angina, unstable angina or myocardial infarction within the past six months; ? Prior to inclusion in the study, each patient was tested for his or her ability to perform visual analog scores (VAS), patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) pump operation, answer the telephone, and understand the Neuropathic Pain Syndrome Inventory (NPSI), and patients who did not meet these criteria were excluded from the study.
