Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing elective stent placement surgery for cerebral vascular stenosis 2) ASA Level I-III 3) Patient or family member signs informed consent form for endovascular treatment 4) Immediate occlusion of blood vessels after surgery with mTICI grade of 3 5) All enrolled patients underwent surgery under general anesthesia with stable vital signs 6) Education level reaches junior high school level 7) Assess the patient's basic cognitive function one day before surgery, with a score of = 27 on the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) 8) The additional inclusion criteria for this exploratory study are patients with complete EEG data collection during wakefulness and anesthesia, as well as patients with less intraoperative EEG interference
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with unstable vital signs 2) After surgical treatment, the occluded blood vessel was not fully opened, indicating that the mTICI grade of blood flow in the occluded blood vessel was less than level 3 immediately after surgery 3) Arterial stenosis has progressed to severe neurological dysfunction caused by chronic complete occlusion and extensive cerebral infarction 4) The patient has severe liver and kidney dysfunction 5) Patients with severe mental illness before surgery 6) Patients taking psychiatric or immunosuppressive drugs 7) Speech communication and reading disabilities
