Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient may experience paroxysmal sneezing, watery mucus, nasal itching, and nasal congestion for two or more times, with symptoms lasting or accumulating for more than one hour per day, and may be accompanied by eye symptoms such as tears, itching, and redness; 2. The patient presents with common signs such as pale nasal mucosa, edema, and watery discharge from the nasal cavity; 3. The patient should have at least one allergen SPT and/or serum specific IgE positive, or a positive nasal provocation test. 4. Age range from 18 to 65 years old; 5. The course of the disease is = 2 years; 6. The nasal symptom score scale TNSS score is = 4 points; 7. Voluntarily participate in this study and be able to cooperate in completing the follow-up work of this study, understand and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with a history of chronic sinusitis or those diagnosed with chronic sinusitis through X-ray examination; ? Individuals with organic lesions in the nasal cavity or those who have undergone nasal surgery; ? Individuals who have received hormone therapy within the past year; ? Individuals with concomitant respiratory system diseases, such as bronchiectasis, malignant lung lesions, etc; ? Individuals with combined liver and kidney dysfunction, severe mental and psychological disorders, or other serious illnesses; ? Individuals who have allergies or fainting to the relevant drugs used in the study; ? Pregnant or lactating women.
