Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with high-risk diabetic foot; (2) The patient has no mental disorders; (3) Age =18 years old; (4) The patient or caregiver has a smart mobile phone and can use social software such as wechat; (5) Normal communication and understanding ability, self-care; (6) Informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Delirious, serious organ or physical dysfunction (heart function level III or above, renal function level IV or above); (2) Peripheral neuropathy caused by non-diabetes; (3) Diabetes mellitus with pregnancy or pregnancy with diabetes;
