Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for patients with heart failure refer to the "2018 Chinese Heart Failure Treatment Guidelines Treatment Guidelines" to select CHF patients. Specific diagnostic basis: ?History, symptoms and signs: Volume status and vital signs were assessed, including reduced exercise tolerance, fluid retention, nocturnal dyspnea, or upright breathing. ? Two-dimensional echocardiography: quantitative analysis of cardiac structure and function indicators. ? Electrocardiogram: previous myocardial infarction, left ventricular hypertrophy, etc. ? Biomarkers: plasma NT-proBNP. ? X-ray chest film: heart enlargement, pulmonary congestion, pulmonary edema. Diagnosis is made by combining etiology, history, symptoms, signs and objective examination. The following requirements must be met: ? Age 18 to 80 years old, gender unlimited; ? Good understanding and communication skills; ? All subjects should meet clinical conditions continuously stable; ? Volunteer to participate in this study, sign informed consent, and be able to cooperate with the interviewees after discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There are contraindications in exercise testing and training: ? Acute myocardial infarction (within 2 days); ?High risk unstable angina pectoris; ? arrhythmia leading to hemodynamic instability; ? Acute endocarditis; ? severe coarctation of the aorta; ?Decompensated heart failure; ? Acute pulmonary thrombosis or pulmonary embolism; ?Recent non-cardiac illness that affects exercise ability or can be aggravated by exercise (e.g., infection) (2) There are sports training taboos: ? Progressive dyspnea in resting state increases or exercise endurance decreases in the past 3-5 days; ? Severe myocardial ischemia occurred with low power exercise load (< 2 metabolic equivalent, or < 50 W); ?Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; ? Recent embolism; ? thrombophlebitis; ? New atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter; (3) Sports training increases risk: ?Weight gain of more than 1.8kg in the past 1 day; ? Receiving intermittent or continuous dobutamine treatment; ? Systolic blood pressure decreases during exercise; ? NYHA heart function grade IV; ?Complex ventricular arrhythmias occur at rest or during labor; ? Resting heart rate =100 min in supine position; ?Restriction of exercise endurance due to preexisting comorbidities; ? Renal failure, thyrotoxicosis; ? Disabled or unable to work together
