Patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy:Pregnant outcomes of pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism with TSH between 0.1-1.5mIU/L were recorded
Patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy:Pregnant outcomes of pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism with TSH between 1.6-2.5mIU/L were recorded

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with SCH during pregnancy who met the definition of 2017 American Thyroid Association Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of Thyroid Diseases during pregnancy and postpartum: serum TSH was higher than the upper reference limit of pregnancy (or 4.0 mIU/L), and FT4 level was normal. (2) Diagnosis and LT4 treatment were initiated before 8 weeks of gestation. (3) singleton pregnancy. (4) patients should be at least 18 years old. (5) complete medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of thyroid disease. (2) Previous autoimmune diseases. (3) History of cardiovascular disease, liver disease, and kidney disease. (4) Loss of follow-up after pregnancy. (5) Any diseases that may interfere with the experiment before pregnancy.
