Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old; (2) Patients with ypT2-ypT4a or ypN+MIUC who have previously received cisplatin neoadjuvant therapy; (3) Patients with pT3-pT4a or pN+MIUC who have not received cisplatin in the past and do not meet the criteria for cisplatin adjuvant therapy; (4) MIUC patients with combined sarcomatoid differentiation or other special types of differentiation; (5) MIUC patients with a history of vascular or neurological invasion; (6) Researchers evaluate acceptable drug therapy; (7) Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Participating in other clinical intervention studies; (2) Unable to understand the nature of the study or prospective patients unable to obtain informed consent (3) The researcher determines other situations that are not suitable for inclusion in the study
