Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: ? age 60 years and above; ? elective surgery under simple general anesthesia; ? normal communication ability; ? operation time > 30 minutes; ? first time to perform surgery; ? informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Paramedics:?Nurses, anesthesiologists and nurse practitioners who have been working in the anesthesia recovery room for more than 3 years; ?Voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: ? Dysfunction of thermoregulation center; (2) Taking drugs that affect the thermoregulatory center before surgery; ? Abnormal thyroid function; ? Infectious fever; (5) Induced hypothermia during the operation. Paramedics:?Practical nurse ?Consecutive vacation = 3 months
