18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU patients aged from 18 to 80 years; 2. The treatment mode was CVVHDF; 3. Informed consent by patient or authorized client.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to caloxi inj or colander; 2. Pregnant women, organ transplants or patients with malignant tumors; 3. Hypotensive state before boarding (Systolic blood pressure is less than or equal to 90mmHg or mean arterial pressure is less than or equal to 60mmHg); 4. CVVHDF in combination with other blood purification treatment modalities, such as tandem hemoperfusion (HP) or parallel extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO); 5. Patients who have mental illness or other reasons for not being able to cooperate with treatment; 6. Patients who can not monitor brachial artery blood pressure in the upper arm; 7. Patients who have participated in other studies.
