60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pre-frail older adults as determined by the Fried Frailty Phenotype; (2) In line with the WHO 2019 diagnostic criteria for diabetes, and the diagnosis time was =6 months; (3) Older adults aged >= 60 years; (4) Can answer questions independently and cooperate to complete the physical test; (5) Older adults living in the community for more than 6 months; (6) Older adults with voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Older adults with severe cognitive impairment or severe mental illness; (2) Older adults had been hospitalized in the past 6 months and received surgical treatment; (3) Older adults with a combination of other serious systemic diseases; (4) Older adults with severe cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation and fracture.
