18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.(1) Age: 18 years old; (2) Patients diagnosed within 48 hours of sepsis (3) sputum / alveolar lavage fluid culture, blood, urine or NGS have a clear infection Diagnostic criteria for sepsis: meet sepsis 3.0 criteria (2 increase in SOFA score for infection) 2.Diagnostic criteria for Septic encephalopathy (SAE) SAE diagnosis: GCS <15 points, or an abnormal change of consciousness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Palliative care, stroke, dementia, or Parkinson's disease
