Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for end-stage renal disease proposed by the American Kidney Foundation's Clinical Practice Guidelines for Chronic Kidney Disease and Dialysis (KDOQI); 2. age =60 years old; 3. Perform maintenance hemodialysis treatment; 4. Able to communicate and express their feelings and wishes correctly; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental illness or are taking antipsychotic drugs; 2. Patients with other serious diseases or complications such as malignant tumors, serious infections, and dysfunction of important organs.
