Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria of clinical cases: ? Age: 2 months to 3 years old; ? Duration: >2 weeks; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria: the diagnosis of Western medicine conforms to Zhu Futang's Practical Pediatrics, Eighth Edition diagnosis of persistent diarrhea and chronic diarrhea in primary and secondary children. The diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine conforms to the criteria of the syndrome in the "diagnostic efficacy criteria of traditional Chinese medicine" issued by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine in 1994; ? During the treatment period, those who did not use other therapeutic drugs and were accompanied by (mild) moderate dehydration were given fluid replacement and acid correction at the same time; ? Those who can adhere to the treatment and sign the informed consent. (2) Clinician inclusion criteria ? Each community health hospital will send qualified and well-established medical personnel to participate in the training of this project; ? The participants should have the license of practicing doctor of traditional Chinese medicine or integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the medical background of relevant traditional Chinese medicine or massage and acupuncture; ? The participants can complete the training of the project and the collection of clinical cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclusion criteria of clinical cases: ? Neonates, high fever, severe dehydration, and severe systemic poisoning symptoms; ? Bacillary dysentery, amebic dysentery, typhoid and other diseases; ? Skin rash or skin damage on the umbilicus or surrounding skin; ? Those who are using other clinical experimental drugs. (2) Clinician exclusion criteria: ? The job position is unstable or the working hours are not fixed, which cannot guarantee the training and clinical case collection of this project; ? Lack of patience, unable to be competent for pediatric massage work and scientific research workers.
