Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-80 years undergoing primary joint replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diseases that can cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting and other similar symptoms of OI (such as Meniere syndrome), preoperative Hb < 90g/L, uncontrollable hypertension, uncontrollable hyperglycemia, and early activity due to non-OI reasons.
