Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Complies with GDM diagnostic criteria; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for urinary incontinence; ? Single birth primipara, 24-28 weeks of pregnancy; ? Age 24-30 years old; ? Understand and voluntarily participate in this study; ? No mental or cognitive impairment, able to communicate effectively with researchers, and proficient in using tools such as WeChat; ? Intended to give birth in this hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Diabetes was diagnosed before pregnancy; ? Have a history of urinary incontinence before pregnancy; ? Suffering from other diseases that restrict movement (threatened miscarriage, placenta previa, etc.); ? Have a history of pelvic surgery or orthopedic surgery; ? Having a history of mental illness and personality disorders; ? Individuals with poor blood sugar control who require insulin therapy.
