Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for chronic prostatitis are based on the 2014 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Urological Diseases: (1) Clinical symptoms: Patients have varying degrees of discomfort in the pelvic area, abnormal urination, autonomic nervous system dysfunction, and other changes, and are evaluated in conjunction with the National Institutes of Health's Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI) score; (2) Laboratory examination: Routine examination of prostate fluid (EPS) under endoscopy, if EPS examination is = 10 white blood cells/HP, it can be diagnosed as chronic prostatitis; (3) Bacterial culture: The bacterial localization culture method for prostatitis is determined by urine culture using the two cup method (PPMT) before and after prostate massage. Syndrome differentiation and inclusion criteria included: (1) All patients met the above diagnostic criteria, and were classified as type II (bacterial) and type III (chronic pelvic pain syndrome), and prostatitis symptoms score (NIH-CPSI) =10 points. (2) TCM dialectical reference "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine (Trial)" and "Chinese Medicine Surgery" related syndrome formulation. The main symptoms of Yang deficiency and dampness-heat stasis syndrome: frequent urination, burning and stinging urethra, dripping after urine; Perineum, suprapubic area, lumbar pain and discomfort; Yang does not lift or lift without firm, premature ejaculation, low libido. Secondary symptoms: testicular pain, dripping white after urine, wet scrotum, sore waist and knee, God tired and lazy, dizziness and tinnitus. Tongue and pulse: the tongue is light red or dark red, petechiae or ecchymosis, the tongue coating is yellow and greasy, and the pulse string is fine or slippery. Among all the above symptoms, if there is any one of the main symptoms and any one of the secondary symptoms, the syndrome can be distinguished as the syndrome of Yang deficiency and dampness-heat stasis by referring to the tongue and pulse. (3) prostatic fluid white blood cell count test results > 10 /HP, bacteriological culture negative, lecithin bodies reduced or disappeared. (4) The patient gives informed consent and signs informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Used non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, receptor blockers, antibiotics, and other drugs to treat chronic prostatitis within the past week. (2) Individuals with other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, benign prostatic hyperplasia, malignant tumors, neurogenic bladder, urethral stricture, inguinal hernia, urinary tract stones, anorectal diseases, neurological disorders, liver and kidney diseases, hematological disorders, thyroid, adrenal or gonadal dysfunction. (3) Poor compliance, with patients with neurological or psychiatric disorders. (4) Patients who receive treatment with other medications and have a history of severe drug allergies. (5) Those who are under 20 years old or over 60 years old and have a disease course of less than 3 months.
