Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female, aged >= 18 years old 2.Internal medicine inpatients without stroke who indwelling urethral catheter 3.Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign the consent form of educated youth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unconsciousness 2.Long-term indwelling urethral catheter (retention time = 28 days) 3.Patients with history of previous urinary tract malignancy, palliative treatment, or = 1 year after comprehensive treatment 4.Patients with prior lower urinary tract surgery: Lower urinary tract surgery includes surgery on the bladder, prostate, and urethra 5.Neurogenic Bladder: neurogenic Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction 6.Patients with oligouria (<400ml within 24 hours) or anuria 7.Patients with urinary catheter leakage 8.Conditions where investigators assessed the patient as ineligible for inclusion in the study
