Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) All participants were older than 18 years old ; ( 2 ) At least 3 years of basketball special experience ; ( 3 ) Guangti Sports Training College Basketball Team ( 4 ) Subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed informed consent, good compliance, with follow-up intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Low compliance ; ( 2 ) Loss of follow-up, halfway out ; ( 3 ) Failed to cooperate
